Porter/New Caney Billiards Association (PNCBA) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how PNCBA collects, uses, stores, and shares information when you use pncba.com, the PNCBA mobile application, membership features, tournament and league tools, venue features, forms, registrations, submissions, and related services.

Information We Collect

Information you provide. Depending on the feature you use, we may collect information such as your name, email address, phone number, member or profile information, Fargo Rating or similar player information, tournament registration details, league information, venue information, event submissions, and other information you choose to provide.

Account and membership information. If you create or use a member account, we may process information needed to create, maintain, authenticate, and support that account.

Payment information. If you purchase a membership, plan, ticket, or other paid service through a supported feature, payment information is processed by the applicable payment provider. PNCBA does not receive or store your complete payment-card number.

Technical and usage information. Our website, mobile application, hosting providers, analytics tools, and diagnostic services may automatically receive technical information such as IP address, browser or device type, operating system, app version, pages or features used, timestamps, error or crash information, and similar usage data.

Cookies and similar technologies. The website and services provided through Wix or other service providers may use cookies and similar technologies for essential site functions, security, preferences, analytics, and performance. Available consent controls may vary by device, browser, and location.

How We Use Information

We may use information to operate and improve PNCBA services; create and manage member accounts; process tournament registrations and event, league, or venue submissions; communicate about registrations, events, memberships, updates, or support requests; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; troubleshoot technical issues; measure site and app performance; comply with legal obligations; and protect the rights, safety, and property of PNCBA, its members, venues, organizers, and users.

How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate PNCBA, such as Wix for website hosting, forms, member features, content management, communications, and related services; Google Play for mobile app distribution; analytics or diagnostic providers; email or communications providers; and other vendors used to provide requested functionality.

When you register for, submit, or participate in an event, league, venue, or tournament feature, relevant information may be shared with the applicable organizer, venue, league operator, tournament operator, or other party reasonably necessary to provide that service.

We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, or a valid government request, or when reasonably necessary to protect users, PNCBA, or others from fraud, abuse, security threats, or other harm.

PNCBA does not sell personal information in exchange for money.

Third-Party Services and Links

PNCBA services may link to or integrate with third-party websites, platforms, tournament systems, social networks, video services, payment services, or other providers. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and PNCBA is not responsible for the privacy practices of services it does not control.

Mobile Application

The PNCBA mobile application uses internet connectivity to retrieve PNCBA content and to submit information when you use supported registration or submission features. Device permissions, if requested by a feature, should be used only for the purpose shown to you when the permission is requested. App distribution and certain device-level diagnostics may also be handled by the app store or platform provider.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service for which it was collected, maintain business and association records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, meet legal or accounting requirements, prevent abuse, and protect PNCBA and its users. Retention periods may vary based on the type of information and the reason it is processed.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information where applicable. You may also update information available through your member profile or account features. PNCBA uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures intended to protect information. No website, mobile application, database, transmission method, or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Children’s Privacy

PNCBA services are not directed to children under 13 for independent use. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization or another lawful basis. If you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately, contact PNCBA so the matter can be reviewed.
