About Porter/New Caney Billiards Association

The Porter/New Caney Billiards Association (PNCBA) is an East Texas billiards community connecting pool players, tournaments, leagues, and local venues throughout Porter, New Caney, Conroe, and surrounding communities. PNCBA works to grow the game of pool by helping players discover local tournaments, leagues, partner venues, community programs, and opportunities to compete.
